questions about gym leaders

is there any level in particular that the pokemon if you want to apply to be gym leader should be?
if you do become a gym leader and lets say you will be gone for a week, will your gym close down? or will you have a substitute? like an understudy or something like that
and if you beat a gym the badge would be in the siggy right and who chooses how the badge looks?

well... we need somebody to design badges... cuz im not.. and secondly lvl 100 preferably

ok and how are the battle going to be single, double or ip to the leader? and are leaders allowed to ave legendaries?

all types.. and i dont know how many... ice, steel, dark, fire, water, grass, pshychic, electric,ground,earth... i dk any others? o flying... and i dk
